Colombo Fashion Week reached the end this weekend, after days of jam-packed runway style and endless front and back row style stalking, I've rounded out my favourite looks from the last few days. My best-dressed list from Colombo Fashion Week is a shout out to those who impressed with stellar looks!
Thursday - 22nd
Adrian - This is a great example of tailored fusion fashion that Adrian does so well. It's the perfect look for fashion week.
Nitesh - This is an incredibly dapper look which Nitesh has perfected. The watch fob, two-tone brogues, and monochrome palette are a master class in mixing vintage tailoring with modern collections.
Chathuri- The blending of three distinct designer pieces, the Gucci cardigan, Valentino rock stud clutch and YSL tribute sandals are the perfect way to stand out at fashion week.
Friday - 23rd
Delicate draping, fluidity and a monochrome navy palette make for an extremely stylish and fashion-forward look.
This studio 54, Halston-esque style looks fabulous with its asymmetrical hemline, leg-lengthening nude sandals, and disco diva gold YSL clutch.
The thing about Shalin's style is that it really is extremely cool. He has his own vibe that is charming and rakish with solid style game. Impressive!
This black dress is classically beautiful and elegant with its lace detailing. Black pumps,a pop or red lipstick and a red YSL clutch are the perfect pairings.
A classic little black dress with a twist! The cape sleeve, a hugely successful silhouette from Valentino is such an interesting look and I like that Noah has paired her dress with simple straps sandals and added visual interest with her Louboutin studded Paloma clutch.
Darshi - The perfect brand ambassador for Buddhi Batiks, I love the insouciance of this look, the statement T paired with a glamourous sweeping skirt is a fabulous look!
Tymeron - The while laid-back cool vibe that he has going on here is so fashion week and bang on trend paired with his white trainers. Effortlessly cool!
Karina - The whole pyjama party look, championed by Dolce and Gabanna, Gucci and a number of other big houses and beloved by Naomi Campbell is still hugely on trend and I love Karinas pairing with her Gucci horsebit loafers.
Sunday - 25th
Jaishree - This fun and fabulous look stand out for all the right reasons, the colours, silhouette, and accessories all work well.
